Our class environment is mindful of the individual needs of every participant allowing each individual to get the most out of their Pilates class workout every time.
Circuit Style Classes
Multi-apparatus group training of up to 8 participants; must have experience on all Pilates equipment and the ability to work with minimal direction. In this class individuals will rotate stations in a choreographed timed workout.
All levels welcome; a minimum of 10 individualized sessions are required for those new to classes.
Open Gym Workouts
For current clients with 1 year minimum of Pilates experience
and Certified Pilates Teachers or teachers in training.
In an Individualized Pilates session I focus on what the client needs to gain positive results and personal success. It is my belief that a client gets what they need most out of every Pilates workout.
One on One individualized Pilates session programed to target your needs and help you reach your goals
Two individuals sharing a session which will be catered to the needs of each person’s needs and goals
Three to four people sharing a session working together at similar levels, the group works toward common goals yet still accommodates individual needs
